Built at the reception desk, not in a boardroom.
Operana started inside working clinics — watching receptionists juggle a paper diary, a phone that never stopped, and a doctor's schedule kept partly in memory. The problem was never any single tool; it was the gaps between them.
So we built one platform where the calendar, the patient record, the invoice, and the stock shelf all know about each other — and where a dental clinic gets a teeth chart, a physio clinic gets a muscle map, and a nutrition practice gets a diet-plan builder, not a generic form with the wrong labels.
Today Operana runs front-and-back office for eight practice types — orthodontic, dentist, orthopedic, dermatology & skincare, physiotherapy, dietitian & nutrition, general practice, and any specialty that names itself — from single-doctor practices to multi-branch groups.
Calm over clever
Software for a busy clinic should lower the pulse, not raise it. We cut features that add noise — and we hold the phone in our hands when we build, because your team does too.
Specialty-first
A dentist and a dietitian shouldn't use the same chart. Each vertical gets its own clinical language — and "Other" practices get to name their own.
Patient data is sacred
Role-based access, full audit logging, automated login protection, doctor-level note silos, and a patient portal locked behind a link and PIN.
