What happens when my 30-day trial ends?
Your account pauses — nothing is deleted. Pick a plan whenever you're ready and everything (patients, visits, invoices) is exactly where you left it.
Why does choosing a plan send a request instead of charging me?
We activate every subscription personally. It lets us confirm the right user and branch caps for your clinic, set up invoicing the way your accountant wants it, and answer questions before you commit.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — request an upgrade or downgrade from inside the app at any time. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. Your data never changes, only the user and branch caps.
Do all plans include every feature?
Yes. Scheduling, self-booking, charting, diet plans, the patient portal, billing, inventory, insights, and the security guardrails are in every plan — including the trial. Plans only cap how many users and branches you can add.
What counts as a user?
Anyone who signs in — owners, doctors, and receptionists. Patients don't count: self-booking pages and the patient portal are unlimited on every plan.
